Service Description

This appointment time will be done either via phone or Zoom. We will talk about your goals and schedule, along with other topics that will help me personalize your experience to get you the best results possible. You will begin your transformation shortly after our initial discussion. WELLAF Lifted Foundations is a six-week, coach-led program designed to help you build strong, resilient glutes while supporting the hormonal changes that impact energy, metabolism, mood, and recovery. This is not just another workout plan—it’s a comprehensive foundation for feeling better in your body. You’ll follow a progressive exercise program specifically designed to activate, grow, and strengthen the glutes in a way that supports your spine, protects your knees, and reduces aches and pains. Alongside the workouts, you’ll receive hormone-supportive meal plans, nutritional education, and practical tools to manage stress and improve recovery—so your results aren’t just visible, they’re sustainable. Participants often experience increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress, improved metabolism, increased lean muscle mass, reduced body fat, less back and knee pain, and a renewed sense of confidence and vitality. Many report feeling more like themselves again—strong, capable, and grounded. The program includes access to a dedicated app where you can view workouts, track progress, and clearly see your results over time. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your coach for guidance, accountability, and personalized support, plus access to a private Facebook group for encouragement, connection, and celebrating wins together. Investment: $680 or 6 payments of $114/week. Lifted Foundations is where strength meets strategy—so you can move better, feel better, and build a body that supports you through every season.


Cancellation Policy

Congratulations on beginning your personal training program!​ We are delighted you chose us as a part of your commitment to health and fitness. With the help of your personal trainer, you will improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. The details of these training sessions can be used for a lifetime. In order to maximize progress, it is important to follow program guidelines during supervised and (if applicable) unsupervised training days. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important! The following information will provide you with important program policies. Before getting started, please read and sign this form to acknowledge that you have read and understand the following information. Commitment:​ By purchasing Sessions, Client is making a commitment to his/her health. Clients should follow the program and instructions of Trainer to the best of their ability to maximize their results and better achieve their goals. Remember, the ultimate results are up to the Client: Trainer will show Client how to work his muscles correctly and encourage him/her to go to his/her safe limit, but Client is the only one who can make sure he/she works out consistently, eats properly, gets plenty of sleep, and lives a healthy lifestyle. Stopping Exercises:​ Client may refuse or stop any exercise for any reason. It is Client’s responsibility to notify Trainer of any discomfort or pain arising from or during exercise, as well as, any and all other known limitations Client has or experiences so that Trainer may accommodate Client and substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group. Payment:​ Payment may be made in advance of Sessions in one lump sum or may be financed through equal weekly payments over the course of up to six weeks. CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to pay his/her bill, even in the event he/she does not receive an invoice. If Client’s payment is more than two weeks overdue, Trainer may suspend Sessions until Client’s outstanding invoice is current. Cancellation and Refund of All Sessions:​ Client may cancel this contract within two days (2) business days after the day this contract was signed for a full refund. Cancellation Policy/No-Show Policy: The following applies to appointments, events, and classes:
Please contact the me to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible to allow room for others who may be on the waiting list. Cancellations less than 24 hours from service time will be subject to 50% of the service fee (a 50% refund will be given for prepaid services). No-shows without notice are subject to a fee up to the full price of the session missed (no refunds will be issued for prepaid services).
