Kid's Yoga Class Policies & Waiver
Winter Weather Policy
Center for Solitude, LTD. follows Mansfield City Schools policy for weather-related cancellations. In the event that Mansfield City Schools are closed, our Kid's Afterschool Yoga classes are also cancelled.
I will make every effort to schedule a makeup class for any classes cancelled due to winter weather. If we are unable to make up a missed class, a pro-rated refund will be given for that class.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your child's class registration, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of class to receive a pro-rated refund for that class. No refunds will be given after the 2nd class of the session. No partial refunds will be issued for classes missed by the student without a 24-hour notice. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor illness will either be rescheduled, or a pro-rated class refund will be issued for that class.

Center for Soulitude, LTD. Kids Yoga Liability Waiver (under 18)
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. In consideration of the benefits of the instruction provided by Center for Soulitude, LTD, I do hereby allow my child permission to participate in this yoga program and do hereby waive claim and release Stephanie Campbell, Center for Soulitude, LTD., and any instructors for claim or liability for any injury or accident occurring on or arising from my child's participation in the instruction. In addition, I authorize emergency first aid care to said child in the event s/he becomes injured or ill during the instruction. If the parents and/or guardian of the child are not immediately available at the telephone number(s) provided on the registration form, I further authorize Stephanie Campbell or any representative of Center for Soulitude, LTD to retain the services of a physician or other competent emergency medical professional to treat the child. I have read and fully understand and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am agreeing to these terms voluntarily and recognize that this serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law in the State of Ohio.
Center for Soulitude, LTD Yoga Liability Waiver (18+)
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Center for Soulitude, LTD, or Stephanie Campbell, RYT-200, yoga instructor. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am acknowledging that I am agreeing to these terms voluntarily and recognize that this serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Ohio.
Photography Policy
Center for Soulitude, LTD occasionally takes photographs of children during class both to provide class updates to parents and for promotional purposes only.
By registering your child for a class with Center for Soulitude, LTD, you are agreeing to allow your child to be photographed during class.
