Thank you for choosing my services for your peaceful place of wellness and restoration. Unanticipated situations such as emergencies and illnesses will arise in everyone’s life, and it's understandable. To provide the best experience possible to all clients, and out of consideration of my time, I have adopted the following policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that I cannot fill that appointment time slot when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice.

To reschedule your appointment, the client MUST provide at least a 24-hour notice in advance to use the same deposit payment. If a client reschedules in less than 24 hours or is a no-call/no-show, the deposit cannot be used for a future appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Stephanie Campbell, LMT, LLC, WELLAF, and associates, contractors, and employees of WELLAF provide 100% professional services only. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Any indication, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in the immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity, and you will be treated the same in return.
