Service Description
The beginning of your journey to living WELLAF! You and your trainer will specify goals and expectations during this initial interview. After a thorough history of your current dietary, fitness, and lifestyle habits, your trainer will give you immediate feedback of how you can begin to work towards your goal immediately, and you'll receive a more detailed plan that includes exercise, meal plan, supplement, and mindset guidelines for you specifically. Included is a 2-week trial on the WELLAF app. You and your trainer will run through the set-up of the app during the appointment, so be sure to bring a device to download it! The app will be the primary method of communication between you and your trainer. You will receive all your exercises, meal plans, habit tracking, and pdfs via the WELLAF app. After your trial, you are given the option of purchasing a full WELLAF Personal Training Package. These packages include: Weekly 15-minute coaching calls (video or phone) Weekly meal plan guidelines with recipes and shopping lists Weekly exercise plans adjusted for your specific goals and lifestyle Unlimited email & messenger (via app) support Access to periodic challenges and giveaways AND... The cost of the consultation will be applied toward your first package purchase. A 3-month (minimum) package to begin is highly suggested for best results. Package costs: 1 month - $250 3 months - $675 6 months - $1275 12 months - $2250
Cancellation Policy
Policies Thank you for choosing my services for your peaceful place of wellness and restoration. Unanticipated situations such as emergencies and illnesses will arise in everyone’s life, and it's understandable. To provide the best experience possible to all clients, and out of consideration of my time, I have adopted the following policies: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that I cannot fill that appointment time slot when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-call/no-shows are subject to the full session fee cost. Late cancellations. less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, are subject to a $30 fee. Inappropriate Behavior Policy Stephanie Campbell, LMT, LLC, WELLAF, and associates, contractors, and employees of WELLAF provide 100% professional services only. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Any indication, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in the immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity, and you will be treated the same in return. Online booking is limited to 7 through 45 days in advance. This allows time to collect pertinent information for your appointment and generate the information, materials, and plan to make the most of your appointment.
